Folder load from stock and completed shade card unload activities are autonomously managed by MosaiKo 2.0.
A graphic software for management
An easy but powerful graphic interface allows to rapidly set any layout of samples on the folder. Thanks to an efficient archive management it is possible to navigate through realized folder layout.
Velocity and practicality
The high speed robot together with folder moving systems, guarantee a precise and repeatable production: the system has a half-day autonomy. Idle times are avoided and maximum levels of efficiency are gained thanks to a rapidly change of the feeder.

A multi camera system allows to perfectly align pieces to the folder, while checking color code correspondence.
Development and customization
The system is customizable in order to manage different kinds of samples. Folder sizes, samples and layout can be managed in an easy and flexible way.
